Because enrollment grants immediate access to digital course materials, scheduling, and energetic preparation, all sales are final.

1. No Refunds

Once your registration is confirmed and access is provided to class materials, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.This policy ensures fairness and respect for the energetic and administrative preparation that goes into each class experience.

2. Digital & Experiential Delivery

All program materials, including Reiki manuals, videos, and class resources—are delivered digitally via email or secure platforms.Delivery is considered complete once access credentials, download links, or materials are sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

For in-person or live virtual classes, your spot is reserved and energy preparation begins immediately upon registration.

3. Payment Plans

If you enroll using a payment plan:

Your initial deposit is non-refundable.

This deposit reserves your spot and provides access to preliminary training materials.

The full certification experience will be released upon completion of all payments.

If remaining payments are not received by their due dates, access to the program will be paused or forfeited, and payments made will not be refunded.

Payment plans with 3rd party venders like afterpay, klarna, etc will be handled due to their policies and procedures.

4. Credit Option

While refunds are not available, credit may be issued toward future Gaiatic Nursing classes, workshops, or retreats at our discretion.
Credit decisions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be requested in writing within 7 days of the original purchase.
