1. Program Enrollment & Access

Upon enrollment, you will receive access to all relevant digital materials, schedules, and live class details.
Access to digital or live courses is for your personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written consent from Gaiatic Nursing LLC.

All course content—including manuals, handouts, recordings, and digital materials—is protected by copyright and remains the intellectual property of Gaiatic Nursing LLC.

2. Certification & Training Integrity

The Gaiatic Reiki Certification Program includes certification in Holy Fire® Reiki Levels I & II (and beyond, where applicable).
Completion of certification requires:

Full attendance and participation in all class sessions

Completion of all required coursework or attunements

Demonstration of understanding of Reiki principles and ethics

Certificates will only be issued to participants who meet all program requirements.

3. Energy Work Disclaimer

Reiki and all holistic modalities offered through Gaiatic Nursing are complementary wellness practices, not substitutes for licensed medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for medical conditions. Always consult your physician or healthcare provider regarding any health concerns.

By participating, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health, decisions, and well-being throughout the training.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are final upon registration.
Because of the digital and energetic nature of our programs, no refunds will be issued once access is granted or class preparation begins.

Payment plans must be completed in full to receive certification or continued access to course materials.

5. Conduct & Respect

Our learning spaces are trauma-informed and inclusive.
Participants are expected to engage with professionalism, respect, and compassion toward peers and instructors.

Disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate behavior (including discriminatory or disrespectful conduct) may result in removal from the program without refund.

6. Scheduling & Attendance

If you are unable to attend a scheduled class or workshop, please notify us as soon as possible.
In most cases, participants may reschedule one time within 3 months, depending on availability.
Missed sessions without notice may result in forfeiture of your registration.

7. Liability Waiver

By enrolling, you voluntarily participate in Reiki and wellness practices and release Gaiatic Nursing LLC, its instructors, and affiliates from any liability related to injury, emotional distress, or outcomes resulting from your participation.

You understand that all experiences are personal and may include emotional or energetic shifts as part of the healing process.

8. Use of Name & Likeness

From time to time, photos or recordings may be taken during live classes or workshops.
By participating, you grant Gaiatic Nursing LLC permission to use your image or likeness in promotional materials, unless you opt out in writing before the event.

9. Confidentiality

All personal and energetic information shared during sessions or classes is held in confidentiality.
Students are expected to maintain the same level of respect and discretion toward fellow participants.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
Any disputes will be handled through mediation before legal proceedings.
